Nicholas Fiacco, MD

Dr. Nicholas Fiacco has been a tarheel for most of his life, spending most of his childhood in the Charlotte, NC area. After some time away, he came back to the Tarheel State in 2016 and is proud to call North Carolina home.

He is a graduate of the fellowship program at UNC where he had the opportunity to learn from and work alongside many leaders in the fields of diabetes, pituitary disease, obesity, and bone/mineral metabolism. He brings this expertise to his practice and a continued desire to improve processes of care for his patients.

For Dr. Fiacco, every patient is an athlete. Though health goals may widely differ, ranging from the desire to walk without fear of injury to competing in weekend athletic events, the processes to acheiving these goals are very similar.

Dr. Fiacco is a proud veteran and brings his understanding of the time in uniform to his practice. He is also a proud husband and father of two wonderful kids, bringing to the bedside an understanding that life can be busy, messy, and imperfect. Just as with life, your health is a journey. He looks forward to joining you on that journey and helping you reach your health goals.
